 Great service and facility.
 Parking and internet prices very high. Could not get the internet to work. Hardwired connection only with intermitant response. English instrustions did not work. I had no time to call support and figure out the problem. |

Usually a great hotel, very clean and a good location.
Front dersk staff were not as helpful, friendly or efficient as they usually are. I noticed some new staff, and a young dark haired girl had a definite attitude problem. |

It was our second stay here and the room was spacious and nice. The room cleaning staff was very nice. Cost performance is good.
One reception check in staff was very arrogant in the way she spoke and did not explain things well. We were not happy when we noticed we had to go back down to reception again to give our credit card number to start using phones in the room. And the cost of LAN connection in the room is too high. |

Clean room and friendly staff. Good wellness with pool and sauna. Breakfast quality is correct. Lot of nice stuff for kids.
Mini bar offers and in particular the one welcome "free drink" policy for one stay part is not clear. I would habe appreciate a clear statement from the hotel and not experience it during the check out. |

The hotel was ultra modern, the staff extremely helpful. The restaurant provided an excellent evening meal.
within the price, breakfast should be included. The wellness area should be restricted to adults after a certain time (such as after 20h00) as the pool was invaded by very noisy teenagers and we found it difficult to relax in those conditions |

It was a pleasure to stay here. Never heard any of the other guests, slept very well, nice location by the river.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Nice cosy spa. New, modern and clean.
Warderobes constructed such a way that it is impossible to hand a coat or pair of trouses. Only good for shirt/skirt etc. That's annoying. Not enough shelves in bathroom. Massage is overpriced. |
