It is a quiet hotel
 This bathroom was very small and the room, as also the hotel, needs a refurbishing. Everything seems to be old. |

It's a very good hotel even if it is not so near to the city center and the subway station is 800m far(it need at least take two different subway)

The breakfast is good, except the first day my friends were guided to another breakfast room which was for groups and only had limited food. The rooms are big and some have a balcony, but no chairs in the balcony.
The receptionists were not friendly with no smile at all. There is a few stairs from the reception to the lifts, which would be a problem for people in wheel chairs. |

Hotel staff helpful in dealing with room problems and gave us a break on the rate when we had to take 2 double rooms with AC. Overall, the hotel is very nice.
My daughter has a chronic illness and air conditiong was essential, which appeared listed on the website. Hotel did not have 3 person room with AC and we had to get 2 double rooms with AC at extra cost. Hotel staff was accommadating but website was in error. |

Einen Swimming-Pool gibt es dort nicht mehr!
Im Sommer ist es sehr warm im Hotelzimmer (keine Klimaanlage vorhanden)
Doppelbetten verrutschen gegeneinander (2 zusammengestellte Einzelbetten)
Das Radiowecker und Uhr in der Bettenkonsole defekt.
Lampe in der Minibar defekt!
Minibar kühlt kaum (ca. 19 Grad) und schliesst nicht richtig.
Internetzuganz (WLAN) vorhanden, aber sehr teuer!! |

| We reserved an non-smoking room and ended up in a smoker's. This is something we didn't like at all. We made a reservation for a parking spot and found out on-site that there is no reservation possible. We don't understand why it is possible to make a reservation for something that isn't available. You should definitely check the service offering. |

Beautiful, very modern rooms with flat-screen TV built into wall and wireless Internet (the latter for a fee). Wonderful breakfast buffet with hot and cold choices (same every day, but plenty to choose from); lovely atmosphere. Fantastic coffee.
We were unpleasantly surprised to find that the wireless Internet in the rooms is not for free. Also, although the bathroom was beautifully remodeled and ultra-modern, the shower-door was not water-tight at the base so we always got the bath mat soaking wet. |
