Hotel Occam is a family-run retreat located in the centre of the lively Schwabing district in Munich. It is very close to all the interesting places and cultural facilities and has very good transport connections which make it the ideal place for a stay in Munich.

We offer quiet rooms appointed with shower and WC, telephone and satellite TV. Some of them have a balcony. In the mornings you can also enjoy a rich breakfast buffet.

You will reach the fair grounds in 20 minutes and the MOC trade fair in 10. Very close you will find department stores, boutiques, cabarets and cinemas. Our guests can pick up a parking permit at the reception.

Very simple and basic hotel. Extremely clean, family run with high pride of ownership. Central location of Schwabing (Munchener Freiheit U-6) makes this a fantastic no-frills option in the city. Great price-performance value. No elevator. If you have heavy bags be prepared to lug them.
