 The internal standard of the room was good for the price.
 The street noise audible in the room was bad until 2am.The rooms need double glazing.There should be a mirror near the electrical sockets in the bedroom for ladies to fix their hair.
The hallway acess to the lift smelled badly of cigarette smoke and was dark and uninviting. |

good location - very close to the Central station and reasonably close to Marienplatz, good breakfast, nice enterior of the room, good price/performance ratio

The hotel has great furnishings, except the lack of double beds. The staff were friendly, polite and fluent in English. All aspects of the hotel were great, except falling through the gap in the middle of my bed in the night.
We had asked for a double room, we recieved 2 single beds pushed together. When I asked if it would be possible to have a proper bed, the staff assured me that they do not have any proper double beds, they are all singles pushed together...do not expect a double bed at this hotel. it would be great if we were 3 people. |

-very good location
-fresh interior of the room (room nbr 502)
-very nice, clean bathroom
-room 502 is a double room, however it has very tiny space, space in wardrobe is not enough foe 2 persons and there is no any hanging next to entrance door in the room.This room would be perfect as a sinlge room
- NO AIR CONDITION in the room when it is very hot in the room when there is a hot weather outside
-if you want to leave youe bags on the day of departure there is no any left-luggage room-we had to leave our bags in the basement of the hotel |

Great location being close to the Central trainstation and inly 10 mins from the "Stachus".

| Stuff completely inpolite, they expected me to solve any matter that had to do with them. Hotel has nothing to do with the meaning of the word "hotel".And I'm very sorry that i have to write all that and spend my time complaining, thats not my style. |
