I asked for (and got) a room at the back of the hotel so it was quiet! The room was fine and the bed (for a single room) generous in its proportion. I also found the staff very friendly and of the 4 hotels I have stayed in around the Schillerstraße, this is (until now) my favourite! The price was also good!

I am a musician and after a night on stage, had hope to sleep a little bit later (until 9 or so) but the cleaning in the hotel starts much earlier than that and with a vacuum cleaner banging against your door at 8 (?), it's not really possible to sleep anymore. For early risers, this will obviously not be an issue. |

Preis/Leistung geht absolut in Ordnung

Betten machen sich selbständig, könnten Rollenstopper vertragen. |

It is close to the city center.... but there are millions of hotels close to this one. In fact, there are hotels all long the same street. Take a good look before booking this one.

1) The hotel is situated in a zone full of striptease clubs; during the night there is a lot of weird people walking around and yelling/fighting while you are trying to sleep.
2) The bathroom was extremely small and not really clean as expected.
3)The hotel reception smells like smoke from cigarettes. Pretty bad impression. The same for the hall.
4)Staff was not kind at all. The morning receptionist was arguing she did not have change for the bill we had and was resistant to look for change.
5)Too expensive for the the quality offered. |

The room was clean, but quite small for double room

It was too warm and if to open the window, very noisy. It was almost not possible to sleap. |

The hotel was up to date (in keeping up with current style trends -- not like some hotels that haven't been updated since the 1970's); clean; staff most helpful; conveniently located to Starbucks, the central train station, McDonalds, the Christmas Markets and the pharmacy -- I was sick the first day and it was easy to pick up medicine; and the number of tv channels available were convenient.

Room window was open letting in a cool breeze in the first day while i tried sleeping my sickness away. I didn't realize it was open until I began to look out the window the next morning and felt the breeze. I would reccommend cleaning staff ensures that window are closed during routine cleaning. |

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Met my expectations. The breakfast was better than expected. All rooms in Munich are expensive, but this seems to be a good deal. Having brought a family, I would have preferred a location without "strip clubs" outside.

Hotel Italia has very good quality of room and breakfast services to offer regarding it's a 3 star hotel.

It's not the place that is a "home away from home". They act professionally but I wouldn't call it a warm approach of the client.
Considering the breakfast buffet has such big and good quality variety of things, I believe it should have brown sugar as well. |

Although in the red-light district- very central.

Rooms and bathrooms are far too small. Many faults with the interior- doors, table etc. |

| The hotel is very minimalistic but the room was very clean. The bathroom has probably been recently renovated and was better than I excepted. The central location and price make this a very interesting hotel. |
