Location, close to the main station and the city center.
The hotel has part of its rooms in a secondary building which is poorer than the main building. There is no mention about the poorer state of this secondary building in the hotel description. This is unfair and a guest should know if he is paying a room of a three star hotel or not. The hotel rate for the rooms in the secondary building is too high. |

Nice large room.
T-Online HotSpot possible to use although not expected from hotel staff.
Parking garage in the house with elevator access.
Nice bar with small dishes available in the lobby area.
Very central location in Munich.
No WLAN available. (Officially, see positive comments.)
Not enough hotel parking places (10 Euro) available when I visited. Official parking costly (15,50 Euro/night).
Breakfast buffet was lacking nice bread/rolls. (Only white rolls available when I visited.) |

Was a clean room with bed. Sufficient for purpose of sleeping. So fine.
Lift is ancient and feels like its been ripped out of a council flat. Noise from water pipes was loud, although not constant. Place uses keys instead of cards, which you have to carry around if you go anywhere. Place could do with a re-paint, and general tidy-up. |
