The hotel is in a very busy area near the main train station but our room was on the back side of the hotel and it was very quiet. The staff is friendly and the room was very clean. However, it should be mentioned that the rooms in the back are extremely small as is the bathroom. The breakfast was an additional 8.00 Euro per person and provided a reasonable variety, although I don't understand why they only offered miniture rolls instead of regular ones. Overall, it was a good value for the money. Especially since the friendly staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Optimal position to visit Munich.
The staff is very friendly and rooms are very quiet!

Hotel has not a personal private parking, but has conventions with a near parking. |

Convenient location only one block from main train station

Nasty part of town, with gambling and sex shops all along the street; lots of noise from outside; room, especially bathroom, felt like an old travel trailer; breakfast not included in charge and way overpriced at eight euros extra. |

very friendly staff, helped me find different tourist ideas. lift/elavtor very fast. close to
train/HBF and food.

be careful of the showers. if you are taking a warm shower, and someone else flushes the toilet/WC you will be burned. they need to install a scald guard on the shower. |

If you are on a budget, I suppose this isn't too bad of a place. It's super close to the train station too. For three nights in munich, the room served it's purpose.

Shower is too small, clogs up, and is a nasty orange color. (clean, just ugly).
The room is small, and the doors aren't soundproof so the folks coming home at night can wake you. |
