The charming Hotel Concorde, which has been family-owned for two generations by now, is located right in Munich's historic city centre in a quiet side street.

The cosy atmosphere in our house and the friendly staff will immediately make you feel at home right after your arrival. The rooms are equipped with bathtub, WC, mini bar, cable TV, direct dial phone, hair-dryer, cosmetic mirror and modem connection.

The opera, the theaters and St. Mary's Square with all its sights as well as the famous Maximilianstraße are just a stone's throw away.

      The hotel is well positioned, close to the main sightseeing area.

      The hotel was rated as 4 star, but really was more like 2-3 star. No laundry sevice was available on weekends, no aircon in the rooms, and normally only one staff member working during the day, with very limited knowledge of the local area, for example, they did not know where I could find a gym, or the location of the closest laundrymat.

      Location, as far as walking to the Hofbrauhaus, Deutsches Museum and Marienplatz is concerned, is very good.

      Hermstrasse does not go all the way thru as maps imply, so getting to the hotel by car can be a bit of an ordeal given all the one way streets in the vicinity.
