Hotel Description:

The Bavaria Hotel is located in a quite street in the centre of Munich. We are approximately 1 km from the central railway station and the pedestrian area. The next underground station is only 20 m from the hotel. We offer a rich breakfast buffet and parking spaces are available on the hotel´s premises.

Our family-run hotel has a total of 100 beds. All rooms have been refurbished and are appointed with en-suite facilities, cable TV, mini-bar, direct-dial phone and computer connection. Furthermore, we provide free-of-charge WLAN access throughout the hotel.

We offer a ticket service for sightseeing and other excursions. The sightseeing tours start directly at our hotel. You can book your excursions in our hotel and the bus service will pick you up at our hotel. Enjoy excursions to Salzburg, Neuschwanstein and Garmisch. The famous Oktoberfest is only 200 m from our hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. It is very central to all the important places one would like to visit. Some staff members were very competent and extremely helpful. Unfortunately,other members of staff, were very rude, impatient and not very responsive to the guests' and their needs. This spoilt a beautiful stay at a lovely hotel.

I love that there is so much variety in the breakfast. Also I felt the hotel is excellent value for money. It might be a bit difficult to find from Theresienwese train station. Also it would be good if the items on the breakfast buffet are changed daily.

This was a lovely, family-run hotel. It felt like a boutique experience. The rooms are not huge, but probably in keeping with European standards for size. The housekeeping was excellent. Elegant and modern decor all around the hotel. Nice breakfast room. Would stay again. On my side of the hotel, there was a lot of early morning street noise -- trucks and the like.

Beautiful hotel in a good location. It is only a couple of blocks to the main train station. A wonderful resturant/brauhaus right around the corner. Great breakfast buffet. There isn't any airconditioning and the hotel is right on the street so I would imagine that it would be loud sleeping at night during warm weather because of the need to keep the windows open.

clean, friendly, nice breakfast we could here people up above walking back and forth constantly from 6am sunday (cleaners?) It was quite far from the station. OK for us young people to walk to the centre, but not for older people
