In the centre of Schwabing but off busy streets (traffic wise). The breakfast was also more than ample. I had asked for a 'quiet' room but I got one on the first floor facing the street when they could have given me one in the back (there were rooms free but ... naja. The curtains hardly darkened the room either.

When paying €65 per night for a single room, I had expected the internet connection to be included rather than extra, which my employer will not pay. I was basically offline for 4 days as a result.

nice breakfast setup and buffet quality some unidentified pipe was making a loud whistling sound in the middle of the night

Great location, clean, friendly staff, good choice for breakfast. Overall a good, basic hotel. Terrible soundproofing meant we had almost no sleep. Very overpriced, although understandable due to Oktoberfest.

The hotel is located very conveniently for going out. The hotel garage is accessed through a dangerously narrow entrance and elevator.
