Great location! Good food and pleasant atmosphere in the lobby bar/restaurant. Expansive breakfast buffet, catering to tastes from around the world.

Good connection to city center - 2 stops by U-bahn only. Very strange - but there is no ice-making machine. It needs to ask ice from the bar. It has a nice siming pool but there is no sauna at the hotel.

In theory the hotel is accessible from the Underground directly. However the elevator was out of work, the guest had to lift his luggage over the stairs and no help available. Check-in was obviously understaffed, waiting time in excess of 10 minutes. Same at check-out the next day. A gypsy "musician" is playing in the entrance hall and begging for money. In the elevator leading to the room French Fries were lying on the floor. The first thing you see when you enter the room is "Erotic Entertainment" on the TV screen. What kind of "hotel" is that...????

The rooms were spacious, modern, very clean, and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it is here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was totally overpriced (20E!)
