 The rooms were really clean. The breakfast was very tasty altough a bit expensive.
The staffs at the restaurant and swimming pool were no so friendly. |

At the pool there are no towels available. As a guest you have to go to the reception to get one. That really is a bad service as there is a bath attendant at the pool with plenty of time ... :-(
Why is he not able/in charge to provide towels to the hotel guests ?
Annoying as well is the fee for a bathrobe - that really is new. Was not last year :-( |

a nice hotel very international customers friendly bar and an excellent breakfast buffet
the hotel should show a shuttle bus to Munich Town as no real connection by tube (station 17 minutes to walk)
2 times in the morning and 2 times in the afternoon |

The night personal are very helpfull. in the reception and in the bar.
Reception personal are extreemly unfrindly specialy during the morning rush hour. not informed about the hotl or the city. |

Good breakfast, nice rooms & bath.
Resteraunts are average. Long walk to metro when its cold out (10-15 min) and busses seem to take a while. |

The price was VERY VERY attractive! Compare to the location and the quarlity.
Because we are strangers of Munichen, the geographical description in the net were so blur that we almost wanted to give up.How lucky we did not!(We check the Holiday Inn homepage) |

The hotel is a good cost effective hotel
It's major problem is that it is not near a subway station so cabs are taken everywhere |

Very nice bar and piano bars
Parking: The Underground parking is OK, but it should be better signed as it is confusing to find it since there is another parking exactly next to it, a sign 'Holiday Inn Parking ' would help plus the dirt containers should not be placed at the entrance of the parking. |

| Some parts were under construction, so the cleanliness may have suffered from that. The pool and sauna area are exceptionally good for Munich Hotels |
