Superb place: comfortable room, convenient location, good food. Nice bathroom with lots of space for a woman's cosmetics.
The lighting on one's face in the bathroom is not great; that is the only complaint I could think of. |

Location is an easy walk to HBF (but not to much else).

I liked a lot the practical wardrobe that was sufficiently big for a one-week-stay. In many hotels there is not enough space for all the clothes to hang properlly.
Internet included is really a unique selling point for me to choose this hotel.
I didn't like the bluish-green room lights, made me feel nauseatique somehow but fortunately that can be changed to orange.
The spa area is definitely NOT attractive. Not inviting at all. Normally I use the spa area quite often. The should be something changed about the floor, walls and the decoration. At the moment it has the charme of a vet's surgery room. |

Fantastic!!!
This was my first trip abroad with my Girlfriend and i thought the staff were polite and excellent!
Breakfast was lovely with a great selection on food,fruits, cereals and Bread!
I knew some German but did not need to use it as the staff spoke good english.
The room was fantastic!! The shower was great too!! As others have said its not the right place to take family if they are to use the shower as people may get a little embaressed!!
About 25 TV channels but most of them are in German. However you do get CNN and Eurosport!
The location is great as it is under a minute to get to the main train station. You can also get the train to the Airport and it only costs about 9 euros for a 40 min journey!!
We would reccomend this to anyone, so go on, enjoy this great hotel!!

| Das zimmer war sehr schön. es fehlte allerdings an einem fenster ein verdunklungsvorhang. daher war es wegen der strassenbelsuchtung die ganze nacht taghell. zudem sind die zur strasse gelegenen zimmer sehr laut. |
