 good value for money; central location
 i booked a non-smoking double and guaranteed my booking by credit card, when i arrived i was told they only had smoking doubles - otherwise it would have to be a single room (beds are tiny for me as i am 6.5). even worse: toilet DID NOT FLUSH!!! |

Very good location as very close to railway station
The only negativity is the room view was looking over the railway station, but we were not
using the room during the day as having a great time seeing around Munich. |

The room was big, the hotel is located at a very convenient place. Breakfast was nice, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Internet rate for 22 Euros/day (WLAN) or 0.35 cents/min at the lobby is ridiculous, this could have been a price 10 years ago but such a price nowadays is simply ridiculous. Even having a 3G card with roaming is cheaper!!!
When I arrived the window was wide open and the heating did not work. Problem was fixed on the next morning but the first night it was kind of cold. |

Excellent breakfast, good location as far as transportation goes, although next to central station area feels safe. Nice decoration but needs to be updated.
Staff: friendly
During the summer rooms must be noisy as rooms dont have ac and one must leave window open, rooms need to be painted as walls are a little dirty (ceiling),WC should be daily swept as floor tiles are white and everything shows. In general, hotel needs to be renovated.
staff: 2 out of 4 were not friendly. Also, reception staff should be a little more informed of their city..
Cleaning staff: on a daily basis did only the basics, not good enough for a 4 star hotel i.e. just filled the wc paper and made the beds. |

| The radio set in the room sounded a repeated noise, probably from interference with the lift or other radio frequency device. Despite switching off the radio set, the noise happened repeatedly. This was annoying during the night and should be fixed. |

| The hotel was not worth 80 euros a night. i would be willing to pay about 40 per night. the desks and such in the room were old, cracked, stained, and in desperate need of repair. |
