cigarette smoke from the corridor into the room from under the door at night. smoking should be prohibited on the corridors and maybe in the rooms too. |

This nice hotel is not far away from the city centre. An underground station is close by which brings you in no time to the Marienplatz, the plaza before the city hall. The staff was very friendly and competent. We arrived quiet early and our room was not made yet. Instead of just offering us to leave the baggage with them, they simply checked whether other rooms were ready yet.
As you cannot expect to get a breakfast when you book a room for € 55.00/night, there is nothing negative to say about this hotel. |

Location of the hotel is good. 5mins walk to the nearest S-Bahn station. Also, located right in the city centre. Can easily walk down to places like MarienPlatz and Karlsplatz. A very friendly and helpful staff available round the clock.
Not a really nice place to stay. Leaking showers / faucets, average room quality. Would recommend this hotel only as a last option or if you are looking at an inexpensive option in the centre of the city. Would rate it as a 2 star accomodation. |

| Ein "Apart-Hotel" ist dieses, mit Supermaerkten um die Ecke, damit man fuer sich selbst kochen kann. Leider fehlte mir eine funktionierende Mikrowelle und eine Fernbedienung. Die Idee ist aber gut, besonders fuer die Leute, die selbst umreisen und etwas anders bei der Uebernachtung suchen.
This is really an "Apart-Hotel", with supermarkets convenient to it, so you can do your own cooking. Unfortunately I did not have a working microwave or remote control. But the idea is good for people travelling around along and who are looking for something other than a normal overnight stay. |
