 This hotel is in such a good location. Its lovely and quiet, and practically on Olympia Park's doorstep. If you want to be in the thick of the city, don't book here. Its 3 stops away from the city center by Tram (approx. 10 minutes to get there). Beer and sparkling water in the fridge everyday! The staff were very helpful. Good value for money.
 We were given 2 single beds, instead of a double, which I wasn't very happy with, and they couldn't give us a room with a double bed. The decor is a little dated, but that made no difference to us! Our room got a lot of sun. Bad in summer, but would be good in Winter! |

Easy to travel to the centrum via u-bahn. The stop is located just few blocks away.
Our room was on the sunny side and the room got extremely hot during the early morning hours (no AC!). Also the odd little birds twittered quite noisely outside the window?! |

If you have the right room position it is very quiet!
Very nice environment - landscape
The Equipment in the bath is very poor, partly demaged and unusable - e.g. shower.
If you have do not have the right room position it is very noisy in the morning - deliveries to "Tengelmann - Supermarket"! |

Really a terrific deal; I'm not sure I'd have been as delighted had I paid the regular rate though. But the apartment-hotel concept works really well and allows you to save money. Excellent staff service and a good Italian restaurant that exceeded my expectations. Overall, I heartily recommend the hotel

| My reservation was canceled without any information of me. I was in shock when arrived- fair, meetings and etc. I asked stuffs help me to find other hotel, call to nearest hotel or etc. but they said NO, WE CAN NOT and just ask me get out. Its the first my expierence with so bad service and absolutelly insensitive stuffs in hotels around the world. |

- As usual, extremely professional and friendly staff.
- Breakfast, room are very good.
- Strong smell in the room, which never happened previously ! Quite unpleasant. |

Complimentary coffee in the lobby during breakfast hours. Quiet neigborhood with decent subway access (5 minute walk). Clean rooms and good shower(always a plus).
Our room (601) was a little noisy due to the closeness to the elevator. This was not a problem at night, but noticeable in the morning with the check-out activities beginning and many people using the elevator. Kitchenette generally a plus. In our kitchen the two burners did not work, but the microwave helped to heat up some tea water. |

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Expensive during Octoberfest, but I guess that's to be expected.
Very limited free parking. Cost 10 euros a day to park in poorly accessible underground garage. |
