 Hiotel staff very helpful
 Hotel rooms did noit have airconditioning and this was not clear on the website. The night I stayed the windows was not enough to make my stay enjoyable. Also rooms are very european (small) |

bathrooms better than expected.
We booked what we thought was one double room (our party consisted of only two people), and the hotel ended up thinking that we wanted TWO double rooms. As a result, we ended up paying for two rooms, when we only booked one (the staff became argumentative when i said that we only had wanted one room, and that we had only booked one room). The staff was not understanding, and blamed us for the discrepancy, charging us essentially for two rooms when we had only used one. (Why would we book two double rooms for a total of 2 people?) in this hotel, the customer is not king. |

The location is really nice, and the price is great. The stuff are very helpful. They also provide free coffee-to-go as special winter offer, but this was not described to us until we found the flyer that is not so explicit at the very last day.

This was our first hotel of our three week European trip and we were delighted to stay in such an enjoyable place. staff was excellent.

Perfekte Lage, sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof!Frische Farben!Kein Luxushotel - aber bei dem Preis auch nicht zu erwarten.

Girl at the desk was very pleasant and helpful!
Hotel had a problem with water supply (no, hot water) and sent me to a nearby hotel (which was OK no nore). |

I didn't get to stay MUCH at the hotel, but it was very nice, and it certainly enhanced my visit to Munich.
