 in the reception were 2 very decent staff, but i was told from one lady at the reception that i have to come down my self an take the shower cap, but she will do it this time for me as an exception !!! the hotel was near to the place i want to go to
 the staff was ok but the hauskeeping did not change the bedsheets at all during my stay, which is not usual for me, the breakfast was for 3 days the same which is boring, the blanket smell not bad but no pleasent oder. |

| garage charges eur13 per day but not inform earlier. Garage is too small & too difficult. elevator is too small. It should be better for 3 stars level. |

Front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaner did her best but was not very good at her job. It was good to have free internet access but the wireless access was not always reliable (others also had problems - not a fault of my computer).
The room cleaning should have been better. |

This hotel was very centrally located, within minutes of the city of Munich.The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was outstanding with many choices.Everything in the room and bathroom was very clean.
Although the basic needs were defin.met, the room was very small.Amost too small.But for the price and the location is was acceptable.Rooms toward the main street were somewhat noisy when the window was cracked open. |

| We were located in a side building of the hotel with small appartments. The rooms were ok, however the double bed was against a wall, accessible only from one side, and the room was noisy. |
