| The single room I stayed was too small. When making a booking I was requesting the non-smoking room. Therefore, the request was not followed but it has been changed upon advise. The main thing is that was very cold in the room during the whole overnight. The heating system was not operating in the room even respective controllers/switchers have not been found?! |

Bathroom really pretty, nice and clean even though it does not look nice in the picture. Really good location... you can go walking to the train station and to the city center. Nice neighborhood. Breakfast was also good.
One of the double beds was a really hard and small couch. Overall, it is good. |

each employee encountered was multilingual, speaking both English and German smoothly and clearly. Any questions asked of the staff were immediately and efficiently handled.

| They put us into a twin room when I specifically reserved a double room and I had to get them to change it with uncertainty. |

A very nice hotel and close to the main train station. Fair prices and very good breakfast included.
I always use this hotel when I visit München.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
