staff very friendly and helpful my room was near the loadng area where a generator ran all night and the sound came in all night making sleeping difficult.

The hotel is very good. room is clean, food is excellent and location good. Staff professional and friendly. There is no WiFi available in the hotel. Service in the restaurant is slower than you would expect. Checkout slow. Food expensive

The quality of the lighting in the room was good as were the fixtures and fittings The first room we were offered had a broken window latch which meant the window could not be closed and the radiator did not work. The room we were moved to was much better but still suffered from a drafty window

Evening dining experience was very good indeed, particularly the restaurant staff. The vegetables with the evening meal were not good quality. There was also a stretch of pathway in the back car park which is very uneven and hazardous, contributing to my wife suffering a fall and injuring herself.
