Hotel was very clean and convenient

Swimming pool was freezing. Not at all pleasant. Reception staff, while friendly and polite, were horribly understaffed when met with a frequent rush. Seemed like there was a policy for answering the phone rather than dealing with physical customer requests. Food was OK, food items were often re-seen in new dishes at following meal sittings. Food Hall smelt of stale orange juice, stale beer and frying fat. Aircon in this room did not work. Hotel was a huge distance up a huge hill from the town center with very little assistance with transport. Felt quite isolated.
