It's exactly the quality one would expect for the price, i.e., good for a one-night stay.
I would by default expect towels etc. for more than 1 person when booking a double room and listing 2 guests + child (we didn't bother asking for additional things on the spot since we stayed only one night). |

Friendly and helpful staff. Accomodation is typical Express standard - clean and tidy
The hotel's in the middle of the countryside - which is pleasant but means the lack of restaurant is more of an issue than for a city location. |

Excellent overall in all aspects.
Employees handle all challenges with great care & consideration.
The large bus tour groups seem to drain the resources for breakfast. The group on November 5 was particularly aggressive with the food & the meat/cheese trays were empty significantly. The kitchen staff responded well & remained calm and focused. |

New hotel, very nice rooms but small, very clean, just off Autobahn A3 & close to Frankfurt-Main Airport
Very limited free parking for autos, otherwise fee of 9 Euro to use fenced pay lot. Hotel counter staff had difficulty providing useable paid internet access cards and parking pass to get out of lot in the morning - training issues. |
