Good price. One gets what one pays for.
Coffe, Tea, fruit available in lobby.

No courtesy phone at airport as do other hotels.
Room had no information book about hotel and area. Had no paper and pen.
Had no toiletries in the bathroom. Just soap on the wall.
Hairdryer did not work

Low cost

There was no information in the room about how to use WLAN interenet and in any event the signal was very week.
A second pillow would ba good idea - not everyone uses just one pillow.
It would be helpful if there were ironing facilities in the rooms. IF you are catering for travellers they will always have clothing that needs ironing.
A small keettle and some tea and coffeer would also be welcome and is normally present even when there is no miny bar. |

Cheap. Clean. Quiet.

Unbelievable incompetent and arrogant staff at the reception. My wife and kids arrived earlier and asked if there was a shuttle from the airport. She was told: "Yes, every 60 minutes..." I waited ten minutes at the time they gave her, but no shuttle. I called them and they said, "well, the shuttle needs to be ordered in advance..." What did they think why my wife inquired about the shuttle???! Also, very unfriendly, even rude to our children ("Make sure they don't ruin the furniture!", even though there was absolutely no reason to believe this could be an option for our children). The heating did not work in the rooms when we arrived, and so did not the warm water. No callback, no apology, no info... Just something like "Oh, we have to check this...". Reception send me to wrong elevator so I made a huge detour to my room with bags... This kind of staff that makes you stunned because you alck the right words to respond at this moment... The guy felt like the king of the hotel, not like a service-oriented receptionist. They overshadowed the hotel which despite the poor performance is not really bad. |

They have friendly staff and the price is attrative.
The hotel is close to Frankfurt airport, but it takes 15 minutes from the hotel to Frankfurt airport. That's exact same time if you take train from Frankfurt main station to the airport.

If the hotel hourly shuttle bus was full, you have to pay 20 Euro for taxi to the airport. Breakfast is pricy as well. |
