It is located in a pedestrian area in the medieval centre of the old town close to many shops and restaurants and overlooked by a Moorish castle. It is rumoured that a secret tunnel ran from the old nunnery to the castle. The hotel has recently been refurbished and all of the rooms have air-conditioning, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, safe and a private bathroom with a shower or a bath and a hairdryer. Some rooms have a small balcony. Within a short walking distance of the hotel, there are 20 km of beautiful beaches, excellent ferry links to Ibiza and the Balearics (Majorca and Minorca) and train and bus stations.
