nicht ausreichend Bettwäsche (3x für 4 Personen) trotz mehrmaliger Bitte,
Sauberkeit von z. B. Gardine, Heizung, Waschbecken,Badlüftung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, am Empfang kein deutsches oder englisches Sprachverständnis ab und zu, Abhandenkommen kleinerer privater Gegenstände, im Kühlfach war noch Essen vom Vormieter, schon ein halbe Stunde vor Küchenschluß wurden täglich die Stühle hochgestellt und Joghurt war nur an einen von drei Frühstücks erhältlich, sonst immer schon alle(1h vor Küchenschluß) trotz Bestellung anfangs bei Anreise, Obst garnicht erhältlich, früh 9 Uhr wurde geklingelt wegen Zimmerreinigung. Andere Gäste wurden gemaßregelt, wo sie 20 min. vor Küchenschluß erst kamen, das es zu spät sei. Es waren zwei Einzelbetten plus eine Ausziehcouch vorhanden anstatt wie ausgeschrieben ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Die Autoausfahrt war nicht ohne nochmaliger Frage automatisch gewährleistet, obwohl es sichtbar von der Rezeption war und die Stellplätze waren nicht ausreichend.
