Situated just 5 minutes by car from the centre of town and only about 3,5 km from the Central Railway Station, it has become a popular choice of accommodation for nearby Luton airport (just 10 minutes away from Junction 14 on the M1 motorway), and London (only 40 minutes by car and 45 minutes by train).
