cleaning staff more friendly and efficient, the waiting staff in the 'eatery were likewise very nice but the food was bland and overpriced
too many problems, plugs dont work in the sink, briken toilet flusher(although it was fixed within the sameday)reception staff not so helpful, i booked a queenbed non-smoking room and received a smoking twin room, when i had to return a secondtime i was asked if i really wanted a queenbed!! not the best hotel, good location for visiting the customer offices but unfortunately just a standard hotel in an industrial park with no charm...beware of busloads of asian tourists arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning, the checkin process grinds to a halt at these times, plus the noise levels in the hotel increase dramatically due to the poor soundproofing. |

They don't provide big bed (queen) even if you can book it ! (only two small beds.)
The airconditioning doesn't work to warmup the room. |
