Very nice. Outdoor pool and exercise facilites were very nice. The room was not very big, but still adequate. Lunch buffet in the Coral Cafe restaurant was excellent. I could hear some sounds from the next room. Not extreme but noticeable.

The mattress, bedding and pillows were very comfortable and of good quality. Very conducive to a good night's sleep. The check-in agent at the front desk was efficient but not particularly friendly. As this is the first impression that one gets of a hotel, I think it does improve one's stay if the front-desk staff appear friendly, keen to help, and conscientious about providing all information that is relevant to one's stay.

figure out a way to ensure that our program numbers transfer to the hotel. not sure why this can't be done. It's been a problem for MONTHS.
