The staff is always available. The security supervisor is very efficent. If forgot my camera somewhere and he was able to find it. NEGATIVE POINTS ARE : The room smells damps (humidity), so I cough during the stay. The fire alarm sounds twice one night at 2AM and 5AM so my sleep was very bad this night.
