Bath was newly renovated and clean. Unfortunately, the towels were "very old" and didn't fit with the new bathroom.
 Kitchen smell throughout the hotel. Luckily the room didn't smell of food. |

| Very unfriendly. Restaurants and terrasse close at 9PM despite of the fact that the facilities are directly on the shore of the lake Konstanz. After 9PM no bar and no room service available. |

Good breakfast, good location at the sea shore, 400m from the ferry.
Noisy rooms, doors don't seal off well and a manager decided to yell at an employee who was late for work at 7.30 in the morning. Doing so inside the hallway woke up the entire hotel (probably). Room furniture and TV is pretty old, but solid ;-) |

We enjoyed the location of the Hotel and the village of Meerburg very much.The Therme baths were well worth a visit and are only a short walk from the Hotel.

great location right on lakeside walk in Meersburg, , no guest public area available. Recently refurbished room was well finished.
Parking was available, but accessing the car was limited in evenings, and basically you had to forget about the car after arrival. Room was rather small. Inside of the building not as historic/characterful as the outside |

Condition of hotel. Room quality. Location great.
It's a lovely hotel.
Breakfast could have been better. Not enough items. The price was perhaps a little bit expensive as it was out of season and Meersburg very quiet. |

We were recieved with absolute friendly service. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed sitting lakeside. The service outside was commendable. We will recommend this hotel to anyone to desires great service and a clean beautiful room.
