Please notice that we have two Reception Offices: the Villa's is the main one and is open round the clock from Tuesday to Sunday; the Golf Hotel's Reception Office is open on Monday from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. and from Tuesday to Friday with the following schedule: 7.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. If you need to check-in or check-out from the Golf Hotel in other hours you will have to go to the Villa. |

Our hotel is a beautiful villa dating back to the 18th century and is surrounded by a very old park. The restoration, aiming to achieve the highest levels of comforts for the hotel’s guests, flawlessly managed to maintain its historical elegance. We have 47 bedrooms and you can choose between single rooms, double rooms, suites and junior suites. They all have a mini-bar, a safe, satellite TV. The 8 suites also have jacuzzi tubs. The hotel can accommodate a total of 200 guests. All the bedrooms are in the same style, but each has its own unique furnishings. In our property you can find a restaurant called Al Cortese, which provides a wide range of traditional Italian and international cuisine. Our restaurant can arrange dinners, working lunches and galas for 200 people. Our hotel is situated on the outskirts of Novi Ligure, which is only 2 km from the Serravalle Scrivia motorway exit and very close to the Serravalle designer outlet, which is the biggest in Europe. Our hotel has several meeting rooms. The rooms can accommodate between 15 and 150 people and can be equipped as required. They have the perfect ambience for parties, meetings and entertainment. |
