A very good hotel at the cost especially if booked as a late booking, this is an efficiently run clean hotel in a convenient location.
The staff are very chatty to locals, but it is sometimes hard to get service especially in the bar and restaurants when you are not. |

Excellent hotel very clean good breakfast would be improved with hot option.
The only negative comment you could possibly make about La Cumbre is that the pool is not heated for year round use. The weather last week was generally good at 24C but the pool was 14C! A great pity as quite a few people would have been using the facility. |

have used this hotel before. It is extremely clean and the interior decor is extremely interesting and well done. good quality linen. A lot of thought has gone into it. When in this area will always stay at La Cumbre
it is at the tope of a very steep hill, so you need to be mobile if not using a car |

Room clean, and comfortable. Great view of the sea.
Soundproofing from room to room, and also upstairs and downstairs really spoiled our sleep and our stay.
Also disappointed with restaurant - did not expect to order soup and get powdered soup with bits of powder floating in it. |

We had an excellent stay, thank you ! This hotel is in a perfect location for us when visiting family in Puerto de Mazarron, and if we can benefit from such attractive prices in the future, we will definitely use the hotel much more often.
Not the fault of the hotel, but there was a "speed" driving test exercise in the marketplace area below the hotel hill which lasted for two days, and which gave very stressful noises ! |

Probably the best hotel in Mazarron, for amenities and value for money. The hotel is clean, staff very friendly, good breakfast, has great views over the bay and behind to the mountains and overall a very good hotel in which to spend your leisure time

For a 3 star hotel I thought this was excellent value for money. We had a very nice sea view room on the 4th floor (405) which was exceptionally clean and comfortable throughout (bathroom/bedroom & balcony) I would certainly recommend it to anyone.
The Breakfast was somewhat basic with not much variety of items but it was ok.
Possibly more emphasis should be made that many people would need a car when staying at this hotel as the location of on top of a steep hill makes it difficult to access Puerto de Mazarron or the beach/sea on foot. It was not a problem for me however and I was quite happy with it's location. |

A second visit to this excellent hotel proved just as pleasant as the first if not more. Would not hesitate to highly recommend on all aspects. Hope to return sometime in the near future.

Excellent value hotel, very clean. On arrival we had a drink in the hotel bar, and unfortunately the waitress didn't balance the tray correctly on the table and as she took off a drink the rest, including a very hot black coffee fell into the lap of my friend. It burnt her leg very badly but the staff were quick to get ice and were very apologetic. Our clothes were laundered by the next day without any charge to us.
