Many produces and their way of preparing deserve to be in the centre of attention. During the culinary special days, also a central part of the restaurant Stafler, you enjoy the pleasures of gastronomic culture Tyrolean delicacies, Italian cuisine and international menus go together well. The spices used are all grown in the hotel-own herb garden. Various produces from the estate refine the meals quality. We serve exquisite and ripe wines to accompany the meals.
