We were very happy with the friendliness of the hotel employees, particularly the receptionist (who had just got back from maternity leave, and was extremely willing to help with our daily trip and travel enquiries) and the waiter personnel in the restaurant. Excellent service ! We will definitely recommend this hotel. A small point, but nonetheless : The pillows are too soft and one ends up almost choking on them during the night. An option to have harder (and fuller) pillows may be considered.
