Das Personal abends im Restaurant und an der Bar war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Klimaanlage wurde ausgeschaltet. Keine Beheizung des Zimmers bei 0°C Aussentemperatur möglich. Dafür wurde ein Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt. Allerdings nur 2 Nächte. Eine zweite Decke gab es erst nach zweiter Anfrage. Die Betten sind viel zu weich. Beim Frühstück waren alle Kaffeesorten, ausser dem lauwarmen Filterkaffee auf dem Tisch, Kostenpflichtig. Das Hotel ist alt, verlebt und wird aufgrund der geringen Auslastung nicht in stand gehalten. Never ever!
