Our friendly team of receptionists is happy to organise different services for you. We offer you breakfast service, shopping service, laundry and cleaning service, car rental and much more. The main entrance is located on the hotel’s back side at Reichsstraße 18. Here, guests will find a special bell with the sign 'Rezeption A&O Apartmenthaus'. The new lobby is situated on the 1st floor, the apartments are on the 1st and 2nd floor. We like to welcome our guests out of the business hours of reception, too, of course.
