Breakfast on Sat. & Sun. was included and it was presented very nicely and was good tasting.

The room was very small and had no safe. We did not need the kitchenette, just a refridgerator is enough. Parking instructions were not given to us and they did not take into consideration to the car we rented (KIA) as it was to high for the underground parking and could have resulted into major damage to the car.

Very quiet room. Restaurant closed for a private function, no room service available. Curtains too narrow to actually cover window completely.

Restaurant is open until midnight and staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are in need of refurbishment and my small curtains could not even close enough to fully cover the glass area of the window. The bathroom is very small and needs a refit - mould and limescale in my shower. Very strong cooking smells in the corridor serving my room on 3rd floor. Arrived at breakfast at 8am with no tables available so I ended up sitting at the bar to eat. Finally I could only identify 1 route out of the building for emergencies using the central stairwell - I always check the fire escape routes and expect more than 1 route to be available. My taxi didn't know the hotel by name because it appears that the hotel has had 3 names in the last year - I had to ask the taxi driver to take me to the Cruise Cafe Hotel.
