 The first room that I had was a bit noisy because it was on the side facing the street. However, the staff was very accommodating, and were able to change my room the second night. They also moved all of my belongings to the new room, so that I did not have to pack them, which was a very nice gesture.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with the New Guinea artifacts and has a very cool and calming atmosphere. Lovely

Beautiful hotel, ideally located in Mannheim close (walking distance) to the Train station with out feeling like near a train station.
 One pillow in single room and only one bath towel and hand towel. Little sparse given the price point.. |

| Hotelbar war bereits um 0:45 Uhr geschlossen und wurde auch auf Nachfrage für unsere Gruppe, ca. 10 Personen, nicht wieder geöffnet. Beim Auschecken wurde man nicht gefragt, wie der Aufenthalt war. |

| Not all rooms are refurbished and the those that are not are not particularly great.
Parking is hard to find. |
