From the moment I was picked up at the airport and checked in the staff were extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The room was immaculate and closer to the airport than I had thought. All in all, a perfect stay and I would certainly return as well as recommend to others.

The hotel was very close to the airport and was within walking distance.
Restaurant breakfast was very good with excellent choices.
Significant delay at check in.
Evening meal choice not particularly good, we went to the next hotel Bewley's for dinner.
Only one dressing gown provided in the room.
The hotel wanted to charge a parking fee even though it was drop off only as we had booked the car into Premier Parking. |

Asked for a plug adapter and this was delivered to my room within 10 minutes.
Asked for a smoking room and was given a smoking room.
Shower had been used and was not cleaned.
MiniBar was empty.
Check out - problem with paperwork, not that friendly.
Disappointing stay - I travel extensively and this was not a 4* hotel experience by any stretch of the imagination. |

Good choice of restaurants in the evening, very pleasant room for an airport hotel
Courtesy bus very busy at the time we wanted to leave for the airport to check in, hotel did not have a 'booking policy' and therefore this was not anticipated, perhaps a booking list for the night before would be useful |

Staff were very friendly, excellent location for terminal one. Had choices for the evening as there is more than one restaurant and bar.
Rooms are very small, but clean and well maintained. Didn't realise until we checked in that you have to pay £10 to use their carpark overnight. |

| Bathroom not very well kept, black joints in wall tyles. Hot water was only lightly warm. Continental quilts in bed are far too warm in June and there was no alternative bed linnens. |
