I booked a triple room and when arrived was put in a double room with disabled facilities. The wash hand basin was 8 inches wide and therefore inappropriate for my booking. When i questioned the room at the main desk i was told that due to the Football Match which was on that this was all they had left and since i was travelling alone i did not need a triple room. I fell i the hotel has jiggled rooms to suit their own needs and no doubt pocket. i asked if there was any reduction in rate and they told me that on Match days they can change what they like and that i was on a reduced rate already.

1. A mistake happedns.I paid my bills by cash but also via master. So my master payment should be come back in my accont. 2. When I enter the hottle ,no body accompany me and the key of my room was wrong,so I waite about 30 minutes.
