| The hotel would be very good even at a much higher price. Big room, great breakfast, and good access to the tram and the Bahnhof. The neighborhood is just fine. |

 The web site shows 2 rooms out of the 32, in fact the only 2 which have been modernised, the remainder have not, so the web site is very misleading. |

| The staff was very polite, very accommodating. The food was excellent. The location is very good, near to Main train station. Lots of nice shops and other interesting things to do in the city of Mainz, only minutes away. I would recommend this to a person who is interested in either a shorter stay, (4 days or less) or to the business traveler. |

| The rooms could be updated a little, especially the bathroom. There is poor ventilation in the bathrooms so it can remain humid a while after a shower. |
