The apartments are located in the centre of Madrid at the Plaza de las Descalzas Reales. The new building, in 19th century style, is an ideal place for short trips and longer stays. The Hotel Room Mate Laura has a character all of its own. Its interior in vanguard style is the masterpiece of the famous designer Tomás Alía. Spacious areas in New York loft style are the characteristics of this special building.

The hotel is only 30 m away from Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and the Royal Theatre. The Royal Palace, the famous street Gran Vía and the cultural centre with a lot of shopping facilities are only 100 m away.

We offer our guests standard apartments, Duplex Suites and executive apartments.

The standard apartments combine vanguard style and functionality. They include the latest technologies and provide free of charge internet connection, flat screen TV and air condition. Each apartment has also a completely equipped bathroom and a kitchen.

Our Duplex Suites are located on 2 levels and are very spacious. The living room is on one level, meanwhile the bathroom and the vanguard bedroom are on the second one. Furthermore each suite has a kitchen. All suites provide the latest technologies including Wi-Fi connection, flat screen TV and air condition.
