 David at the front desk was very helpful. He gave great customer service! The shuttle driver, Lionel, was very helpful. Told us that we would not have a problem making our flight if we took the 6:00 a.m. shuttle vs taking a cab earlier. Saved us money. I did not answer the breakfast and sports questions because we left too early for breakfast and did not have time to use the sports/swimming facility.

Very helpful staff, nice and quite room despite sleeping with an open window. Didn't have time for breakfast or other features since this was just an overnight (12am - 5am) stay.
 I would expect something called "airport" hotel to be in walking distance and not 15 min cab ride. |

Check in was quick and painless. The hotel is quiet, the decor simple, the facilities exceptional for an airport hotel. I appreciated the shuttle to the airport.
While the bathroom is sophisticated, complicated shower operation and features were too sophisticated for me in spite of illustrations. Lukewarm water at 7 a.m. was the warmest I could get. |

| 24 hour shuttle to airport was not 24 hour. I had an early flight and the shuttle was not available and the staff was not helpful in getting me a taxi. |

Free internet with hotel computer in room; good shuttle service to airport. Next door to another 4 star hotel (Tryp Diana, that offers much better facilities).
Overpriced given facilities. Small, unattractive lobby; heavy wear and tear in corridors; unappealing restaurant. |

I was traveling in Spain with my daughter for a week. She had extra luggage since she had been studying in Spain for the past 5 months. Your staff stowed her luggage for free for the week that we were traveling. This extra bit of service was much appreciated! Also the shower was the best. You should advertise that as a special feature. My daughter loved it!
It is difficult to find your hotel. We were forced to use a taxi in order to find it the first time. We also got lost in your neighborhood when traveling on foot when coming from the Metro. |
