Very comfortable rooms with large and spacious bathroom and separate toilet.
Staff is very professional yet also very friendly.
The cleanliness was impeccable.
The location right opposite the central station is a bit of a mixed blessing. It makes virtually the whole city reachable on foot and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. On the other hand, the square (Place de la Gare) is a very noisy place even at night.
Negative point: breakfast is not included and at 18 euros is pretty expensive. |

| I was at room 223. There was a electric noise coming from the switch system. It was unpleasant and hard to sleep. Although the TV was a flat screen, some channels weren’t visible. I hope I had the bad lucky. I hope that will be fixed by the time. |

I knew its location and outside look and was very pleasantly surprised. Luxembourg being hotel-expensive this was a good deal. I was well-placed and comfortable and given extra time to check out, being there on business. Internet access in Lobby. Cost a little high. Very nice multi-use restaurant, good ambiance and honest staff. Lost umbrella under the bar and found it next morning, properly locked up. However, personnel not necessarily warm. But that's what I found in restaurants around the city.
Front Desk staff was not volunteering English or other languages easily, except for one; so as long as you stuttered along in French, they let you stutter and continued in French. But 1 night's visit does not reveal all. |
