The bedroom was very good and very clean.
There were insufficient staff. There was only one member of staff on duty at Reception, which was insufficient for the number of people waiting to check in. The person on the bar was flitting elsewhere. There was a work experience member of staff, who was very polite, but he explained that he couldn't serve me, so he had to get someone else.
The breakfast was poor.
