| Hotels appears on the decline and gives a tired feel, duvet covers had holes in them from wear and tear, telly remote badly patched up. |

| This Best Western is normally not too bad, but on this occasion I had a room which had an additional bed put in it, so no space left to walk around. Also, stained floor and mini bar not working and empty. |

good connections, close to the BASF plant. Parking lot is quite convenient. Breakfast is ok.
I guess the key word is "convenient hotel"
sport and wellness area need an update. The last time I checked in I got a room without heating in the Bathroom. Also the handdryer was broken which even gave a safety risk. ROOM 122 to be more precise. |

The location is very convenient
As the hotel is located in the middle of several highways the windows are locked and only at the end of our stay we were told that one can ask for a special key in order not to have this locked-in feeling. The AC is quite old and therefor makes quite a bit of noise, impossible to sleep with the running AC. In general, the hotel could have a little renovation in order to justify the 4stars rating |
