The hotel was in an excellent location, next to the main rail station and bus station and about 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The hotel was not noisy internally as might be expected from such a location. The staff were very helpful and friendly and let me have an early breakfast as I had to catch an early flight. The breakfast was excellent too.

This hotel was very good location,rooms very clean ,staff were very good,breakfast was very good.Good brew pubs and would stay there next time im in Lubecck

Good situation, quiet, walking distnce to old city, friendly staff.
 No free parking in vicinity. |

I stayed for 6 nights in Room 27 which was very quiet at the rear of the hotel. It was very clean and the bathroom was more than adequate. The breakfast was an extremely good buffet. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the city centre and next to the bus and rail stations, so it's very handy. I would certainly stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, large breakfast with good selection, beds firm and comfortable, an overall pleasant stay.
Room decor is a bit dated, otherwise hotel would easily be 3 stars. Hotel doesn't take credit cards, only cash or EC (debit) cards. |

| Small hotel with a marvelous staff. Considering the price, it's a very good option. Just opposite to the main station. For my purposes (a place to stay during one night), it was just perfect. It's not close to the main attractions of the city, thou. Anyway, I prefer a hotel close to the main station, where I can let my things, than a hotel close to the atractions that is far from the station. |
