      Did not tell us that breakfast was not included.When we stayed there on Apr. 21st.it was included.We were puzzled and got no explanation.Breakfast was expensive 15.95 pounds.

      I'm afraid I have to say that there were some beetles or vermin in the bed, which unfortunately, I discovered only the next morning.

      Very kind staff. The room was exceptionally clean.

      Please add to the info for directions that a taxi is a very good alternative to the bus, especially with luggage. The price we were charged added a VAT surcharge. A hairdryer would have been nice!

      The rooms are clean but the hotel and the hallways have a tired appearance.

      Car parking is an issue as there are insufficient spaces. In my mind there is some doubt why the hotel has a 4star rating!!
