The room was clean and comfortable, and equipped with everything needed.

The room was very cold, despite trying to change the thermostat several times. Airport bus times appear to be quite unreliable, so I would advise leaving earlier than planned. |

Very stylish decor especially lobby area, staff friendly at reception and bar;

was woken up at 0100, 0330, 0600 by staff dragging wheelie bins, delivery van dropping off goods right outside my window, more staff dragging bins and chatting aloud: also shop was closed at 2000 when I arrived and wanted to buy a bottle of water etc; |

The staff at the hotel were incredibly well organized, polite and helpful.

This hotel was very confortable and practical to the traveler.Staff and concierge were helpful. The restaurant offered a good variety of choice and fast service in a pleasant atmosphere.

| I booked the hotel because they had a choice of restaurants and when I arrived only one was open: that was not made clear. This was the main criteria in my choice and the food was adequate only when I was expecting excellence.
There is no mention on the booking information that the price is before VAT, other hotels advise that the booking is before tax. |

| Having requested a double non smoking I was told that I could only have a twin, or a double smoking. I have statyed in Marriotts, 2 star and 3 star hotels who all provide me with non smoking doubles. I found the reception staff were brusque, stood by a polcy statement and the hotel did not live up to a 5 star nor its 100% client satisfaction guarantee. |
