Food was excellent, buffet, breakfast and bar services are all good and reasonable priced for a London Hotel.

Don't see why you have to ask for a bath mat at the reception to use the shower. It should provided in the room ready, it necessary to stand on something safe to use the shower, could have been dangerous. |

I stay in a number of hotels in the UK and abroad whilst on business, this is the only hotel that I can remember that had a firm bed, one that you can sleep in rather than those soft beds that have no substance and you sink 30 centermetres into, I would stay in the hotel just for the bed because I arrived at 1 am left at 5:45 am the same day and I felt I had a rest!

This hotel was what I needed - minimalist and near the airport. Staff were helpful.

$160 was far too much for the quality of the room, which was stuffy and very basic, with very low-quality linens and furnishings. |
